OVERVIEW

Foundations of Public Procurement Certificate

Featuring a selection of modules from The Procurement Office’s four-course Foundations of Public Procurement certificate, this Supply Chain Canada program is available as separate offerings (Art of Design, Institutional Governance, Fair Competition, Open Competition), combined two or three-course packages, that will earn you credits towards the completion of the full certificate, or as a combined four courses which will complete the certificate.

Specially designed to maximize the coverage of the CPPO and CPPB Body of Knowledge & Competency topics for public procurement professionals working towards those designations, each day of self-directed eLearning will be supplemented with a 90-minute live online question-and-answer session with course developer and instructor Paul Emanuelli.

“It should be a self-evident proposition that the procurement professionals responsible for properly spending vast amounts of public funds should have access to the necessary resources and training to ensure value-for-money and to protect the public interest.”
~ Paul Emanuelli, The Art of Tendering: A Global Due Diligence Guide (Procurement Publishing Office, 4th ed. 2022)

Registrants will also receive a free copy of the brand-new 2022 edition of Paul Emanuelli’s eBook, The Art of Tendering: A Global Due Diligence Guide.
